I have been a Personal Trainer now for nearly 14 years and have trained hundreds of people of all ages and with wildly differing goals and fitness levels. Nowadays I am based at Manor House Lindley, Huddersfield where I have a private gym and studio.

I'm also the owner and head coach of Yorkshire Bootcamps with bootcamps in Lindley and Holmfirth.


In my personal fitness life I have completed several marathons including The Sahara Desert Marathon and the Limassol Cyprus Marathon twice. I have competed at both under 90kg and under 103kg in strongman competition and coached Yorkshire Kettlebell Club. Yorkshire Kettlebell Club was a competition kettlebell sport (or Girevoy Sport) team that went on to compete around the UK and into Europe. I myself was coached by Eddie Sheehan of the GSU, Gregor Sobocan of the EGSA in Slovenia and Ivan Denisov, Absolute World Champion and Head Coach of the World Kettlebell Club.

The vast majority of people that come to me nowadays are simply looking to lose a bit of weight and get fitter or to build their strength to compliment their lifestyle or the training they are already doing.


Currently I have clients of all ages and fitness abilities but the one thing they all have in common is a real desire to change. They've often been thinking about training with a Personal Trainer for some time but have finally decided enough is enough and it's time to do something about it!

Training with me isn't easy, I only take on clients who are serious about getting into shape and who are truly ready to make the commitment required to make a real difference. All of our group sessions are mixed ability and are suitable for all regardless of your current fitness level or experience. All exercises on our group sessions can be changed or amended to take into account differing fitness levels, ability or injury.



Every Tuesday at 5.30pm sees our functional fitness interval training session. This session will include a combination of kettlebells, TRX, slam balls, plyometric boxes and bodyweight exercise run as a HIIT session. Designed to develop overall strength, flexibility and fitness, this session focuses on total body compound exercise and cores strength that will literally change your life!




Thursday at 5.30pm is our weekly boxing session at Manor House Lindley. Combinations of classic punches mixed up with short, high intensity core strength and cardio exercise give a true total body workout! Sessions are run using our 4 full size professional punch bags and participants work either individually or in pairs. Why not bring a friend and train together?




High intensity circuits with a heavy nod to CrossFit style training and utilising all the toys in the box with battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX, power bags, slam balls, dumbbells, barbells, plyo boxes, resistance bands and more - they'll all be coming out to play at ur Saturday session!
