As well as one to one personal training, we also offer training for couples and small groups. Additionally we have our bootcamps that run all week and our group sessions or classes. All of our sessions though are held in our private gym and studio, its not open to the general public and you will never have to share with others training, except of course at our bootcamps!
Personal training is available at our private gym and studio Yorkshire Kettlebell Club. Whatever your current fitness level, lifestyle and goals we will put together a personalised, fully coached training program to ensure you reach your goals quickly, effectively and most importantly safely.
CLASSES AND GROUP TRAINING
Our group session and class timetable is constantly evolving and we introduce new sessions regularly. However our most popular group sessions at the moment, other than our bootcamps of course, are our Wednesday 7.30pm HIIT Boxing session 'Saved By The Bell' and our Saturday 9am and 10.30am Circuit 'No Rest For The Wicked'.
DIET AND NUTRITION
We offer a variety of diet plans and cookbooks - we have vegan, vegetarian, paleo, high protein and low carb. We also offer a bespoke 21 day diet plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all created to fit your personal calorie requirements.
We have a private, fully equipped gym and personal training studio based at the Apna Centre, HD1 2NX. We also have a large sports hall which is where we hold our bootcamps.
