Finally taking that step from simply thinking about getting fit and doing something about your health, to searching for a trainer or coach and then actually contacting them and booking your first session can for many people often take some time and a considerable leap of faith! 

However I've been a coach now for nearly 15 years and have definitely found that my clients get the best results when they feel comfortable both with the coach but particularly with the gym or venue they're training in. That's why nowadays I only book sessions at my own private gym. Often when clients first book a session with me they haven't trained for a while or are already training but not seeing results and are looking to try something new or revamp their program. People feel nervous about returning to training or really pushing themselves, and training in a large public gym only makes the situation worse!

 

My gym here in Huddersfield is fully equipped, heated and air conditioned and has showers, changing rooms and even a sauna. Most importantly though its private, whenever you book a session with me you will always have complete use of the entire gym and will never have to worry about feeling self conscious or others watching you. 

Equally though the relationship between client and coach is very important if you're to get results and not every client is the right match for every trainer. Because of this I always offer a first PT session and consultation at my gym completely free of charge and without obligation! This gives you a chance to meet me, to have a look round the gym, to see what training with me is like and to ask any questions you may have before committing to booking further training sessions with me.

I take bookings Monday to Thursday between 7.30am and 8.30pm, Friday and Saturday between 7.30am and 12.30pm. Free parking is available in our own CCTV covered car park.
